This information describes how E-ROE processes personal data collected through the site, contact forms, interactive tools, digital resources and linked channels.

Data collected
The site may collect data voluntarily entered in the forms or sent via email, phone and WhatsApp: name, company, activity, common, email, phone, required service, indicative budget, message, responses to questionnaires, description of business processes, tools used, intended users, integrations and desired result and useful information to the request.
Custom tools, computers and materials can also be stored the type of resource required, the version of the page displayed, the result obtained and the origin of the visit. Telephone, site and timing are only required when they are used for a custom review or to reconnect the user as required.
In the progressive modules, the data already entered can be saved when the user continues to the next step, even if it does not complete the last step. This allows you to manage the request and measure in aggregate form the module progress; the page clearly reports when the rescue takes place.
To compare the landing headlines, the site can randomly assign a variant and record aggregated counts of visit and completion. The technical identifier used to maintain stable the variant is transformed into hash and contains no name, email, phone or other contact data.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may collect technical data and navigation statistics, such as page views, interaction events, device, browser, traffic source and aggregated or pseudonymized data.
Meta Pixel can collect technical and navigation data linked to the pages visited and interactions with the site, useful to measure advertising campaigns and create public on Meta platforms.
Purpose
The data is used to respond to requests, understand objectives and needs, prepare commercial proposals, manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship, prevent form abuse, improve the site through aggregate statistics and measure advertising campaigns.
Sending the requested resource is a service communication. Later guides and insights are sent only with separate, optional and unchecked promotional consent.
Legal basis
The legal basis includes pre-contractual measures required by the user, contractual obligations, legitimate interest in managing requests received and consent for non-technical analytics and marketing tools.
The lack of promotional consent does not prevent receiving the requested material.
Conservation
The data sent via form or direct contact is kept for the time necessary to manage the request and, unless further obligations, up to 24 months from the last commercial contact. The contractual and tax data, if present, are kept in accordance with the terms provided for in the applicable legislation.
Analytics and marketing data follow the storage settings configured in their respective platforms.
Promotional inscriptions remain active until the withdrawal of consent. The revocation is immediate by means of the link in each email or by writing to the owner; the disintegrated addresses are kept in a suppression list to avoid subsequent sendings.
Suppliers and Tools
Technical suppliers such as Hostinger for hosting, module management and sending service emails, n8n for request automation, Notion for lead operating management, Google Analytics 4 for navigation statistics and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
The site includes links to WhatsApp, email and phone: using these channels, processing can also follow the conditions of its suppliers and applications.
Extra EU transfers
Some digital providers, including form, analytics or communication services, can process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases the processing takes place according to the guarantees provided for by the applicable legislation.
User rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of your data in accordance with applicable law, by writing to nuoviclienti@e-roe.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

This information can be updated according to technical, operational or regulatory changes.
