Background

Where we left.

The project started from the idea of the owner to create a jewel capable of remembering the weight that words have in personal and collective life. Another agency had defined name, logo, colors and visual identity; instead, there were no ecommerce, content, public or processes to sell online.

Problem

What had to be settled.

The product could not be presented as a simple accessory. Each visit had to bring together the jewel, its symbolic value, the brand's philosophy and social commitment, accompanying the user towards a clear and credible purchase.

What we did.

Translation of the visual identity existing in a strategy and in a complete Shopify ecommerce experience.
Design of more theme proposals and development of the solution chosen with dynamic components and parameters coordinated to the brand.
Architecture connected between homepage, product page, philosophy, supported reality and project Friends section.
Production of posts, carousels, video of the owner and video content from images and artificial intelligence, up to five weekly publications.
Meta campaigns distinct from direct sales, project notoriety, community growth, traffic and retargeting.
Email automation, newsletters, SEO, blogs and team training to use Shopify independently.

Result

What's better.

The concept has become a complete digital brand, able to tell its philosophy and sell the jewel online.
The campaigns generated the first orders and reorders, demonstrating the commercial interest for a product born without preexisting public.
Social, shop and email have built a community recognizable around the message, not only around the product.
The journey of purchase also makes visible the commitment of the project and concrete support to the beneficiaries.

Several visual solutions have been explored before choosing the final direction. The theme was then customized with dynamic components and parameters to maintain consistency, facilitate updates and adapt the experience to the needs of the project.

Content and acquisition

An ecosystem that combines story, community and sale.

Social production has alternated posts, carousels, video interventions of the owner and content assisted by artificial intelligence, reaching up to five weekly publications. Advertising has distinct direct sales, awareness, social growth, traffic and retargeting.
