About: from WooCommerce slow to Shopify
Full migration from WooCommerce to Shopify to reduce uploads from about 30 to 3 seconds, simplify catalog and multi-magnet and preserve SEO.

Where we left.
He already had brand, communication and catalog. The WooCommerce shop was visually near the desired direction, but it had been configured badly: the backend was unstable and limiting, the daily activities took too long and a page could take about 30 seconds to charge.
What had to be settled.
It was not enough to redesign the site. It was necessary to change the platform without losing products, customers, orders, content, images and organic positioning, reconstructing at the same time catalog, research and internal processes on a more solid basis.
What we did.
- Full migration from WordPress and WooCommerce to Shopify of products, customers, orders, content and images.
- URL mapping and SEO redirects to preserve organic traffic continuity during platform change.
- UX design and development of the Shopify theme, maintaining the existing brand and improving navigation and speed.
- Reorganization of catalog and categories with filters, simplified search and SEO optimization.
- Product cards with dynamic sections, exhaust management and custom code changes.
- Italian and English bilingual configuration, multi-magnet management and training for independent use of the backend.
What's better.
- Indicative loading times reduced from about 30 to about 3 seconds.
- Fastest daily management for products, orders, stocks and catalog loading.
- Individual products and artisanal assortment organized more clearly for internal users and teams.
- Organic traffic supported over time through technical SEO, optimized categories and blog content.
