1complete process

€5,000diagnosis, development and launch

15 daysworking days, following feasibility review

Prices exclude VAT, if applicable. Separate care: €350/month. Delivery time starts once access and materials are available, scope is approved and the start payment is received.

When it helps

Less time asking. More clarity to work.

01

“Who is handling this request?”

Every case has an owner and a status visible to the working team.

02

“Which document is missing?”

Documents and information stay linked to the case, alongside the remaining steps.

03

“Can we move forward?”

Assignments and approvals follow agreed rules, making the next step clear.

A defined scope

Start with the process that matters most.

Included in the project

  • One process, from opening to completion
  • Up to 5 main screens, 3 roles and 10 internal users
  • Records, documents, statuses, assignments and essential notifications
  • One standard integration verified during diagnosis
  • Initial import from one agreed structured file
  • Acceptance testing, one consolidated revision, training and documentation

Before development

We agree on data, rules, integrations and acceptance tests in writing. Screen count alone does not define complexity.

Require a separate proposal

Data cleaning, integrations without verified access, complete system replacement, native mobile apps and specialist availability or compliance requirements.

Getting started

Three steps. Clear decisions along the way.

01

20 minutes to understand

A free call with the owner or operations manager. We reconstruct a real example and assess whether further analysis makes sense.

02

Diagnosis · €500

We review examples, access and integrations. You receive written feasibility, scope and acceptance criteria that remain useful even if you do not proceed.

03

Your first working process

If feasible, €2,000 is due at project start and €2,500 on acceptance. The €500 diagnosis is already included in the €5,000 total.

All amounts exclude VAT, if applicable. The introductory call creates no purchase obligation; diagnosis is a paid service.

After acceptance

The portal becomes part of your work. We stay alongside you.

€350/month

Plus VAT, if applicable. Starting the month after acceptance.

  • Monitoring, routine maintenance and backup checks.
  • Up to 90 minutes of support and minor changes per month, with no rollover.
  • Initial response within two working days, with resolution time assessed for each issue.

Initial commitment of three paid months: an additional €1,050. Then monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice. Hosting, licences and external usage are separate, on client-owned accounts. New features are quoted separately.

Project + first 3 months of care: €6,050, plus VAT if applicable and external costs.

Your next step

Tell us about a request that gets lost along the way.

We work with B2B service and supply businesses. One concrete example is enough to start: who is involved, where work stalls and which tools you use.

The first review may also point towards an existing tool. A custom portal makes sense when it solves a specific, verifiable problem.
